Additionally, I monitored network and server health, communicating with clients and technical support personnel during incidents, and documentation. I was also responsible for imaging laptops used for training and providing employee technical support for access related issues.

My primary role was front-end development and serve administration. I also proof-read text, edited photography, audio, and video, and managed projects. While at Pearson, we
launched “Nursing Neighborhood 2.0”, a nursing survey university course, “Dream Fearlessly” for American Family Insurance, and “Blueprint” for Facebook.

We developed the “Teller in a Box” product for First Union Bank. It enabled First Union to
FedEx packages with CD-ROMs and a laptop to any location to deliver new teller training
locally. We reduced First Union's training time from three weeks to five days and eliminated the need for new hires to travel for training. The product was so successful that First Union licensed it to People's, MBNA, and other banks for their new teller training. We also produced computer-based training for telecommunications, transportation, finance, and manufacturing.
