I performed computer operations batch process monitoring. I monitor jobs and communicate with clients in the event of a job, network, or hardware issues and sent out completion reports. I was also responsible for monitoring network and server health, contacting technical support personnel, and documenting the event.

I was a member of an Agile software team developing online education and training courses for businesses and universities.
My primary role was front-end development and serve administration. I also proof-read text, edited photography, audio, and video, and managed projects. While at Pearson, we
launched “Nursing Neighborhood 2.0”, a nursing survey university course, “Dream Fearlessly” for American Family Insurance, and “Blueprint” for Facebook.

I maintained an advertising platform using HTML widgets for real estate, employment, and retail sales. These widgets featured end-user controlled video clips and slide shows.
Users were also able to perform database job and real estate searches. The platform included a secure client administration site using Perl and MySQL DB to execute user queries and manage client ads.

I developed an Adobe Flash-based multimedia platform for creating computer-based training and software simulation
applications. The platform was used extensively to train transportation equipment operators in the aviation and marine industries to use new multi-function digital devices for navigation and equipment operation.

We developed the “Teller in a Box” product for First Union Bank. It enabled First Union to
FedEx packages with CD-ROMs and a laptop to any location to deliver new teller training
locally. We reduced First Union's training time from three weeks to five days and eliminated the need for new hires to travel for training. The product was so successful that First Union licensed it to People's, MBNA, and other banks for their new teller training. We also produced computer-based training for telecommunications, transportation, finance, and manufacturing.
