Vodavi Communications - Discovery ACD

Discovery ACD is a solution for monitoring and managing Call Centers. The Discovery IP certification training worked so well Vodavi asked me to produce another certification program for their Discovery ACD product.

The training was also produced using Macromedia Authorware. It operated similarly to the Discovery IP product. End-users sent for the training CD and used the enclosed floppy disk to record their training progress and sent the disk in for analysis. Successful end-users were added to the certification database and could purchase the product.
